As a part of the Certificate III in Health Services Assistance – Operating Theatre Technician (HLT33115) we will get you ready for a high intensive environment within the operating theatre. The delivery of this holistic course is based on our experienced trainers’ knowledge of the outside health care sector and to completely prepare you for the expectations and pressures of the job.
Throughout your studies, together we will unlock the core values required to work in the health care industry. You will gain the insight into the philosophy of Australia’s health system and the underpinning values required to practice in an important role within an operating theatre.

Graduates will have the skills to work effectively in the role of educators in this sector which involves working with either children or early childhood in a range of education settings, or with school aged children in outside school hours care and vacation programs.
Educators will develop the skills and knowledge to work under supervision. Graduates will be skilled in providing support and implementing an approved learning framework to ensure the wellbeing, learning and development of children.

Upon completion of the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113) you will have the skills, knowledge and experience to plan leisure and play activities that enable children to achieve their developmental outcomes in an early learning centre.
This course covers the fundamentals of childhood development and caring for children.
You are required to complete 120 hours (6 weeks) of practical work placement.
A Police Check will be required to complete practical placement.
